Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders R800+ to main centres, and R 1000+ to outerlying areas.
SHIPPING CHARGES
For orders that fall below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed by 10:00 am dispatch same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am will be dispatched the following working day. Weekend orders will ship on a Monday.
- CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS: 1-3 working days
- MAIN CENTRES (JHB, DBN, PE, PTA): 2-4 working days
- OUTERLYING AREAS: 3-7 working days
*Shipping lead times calculated from time of dispatch. Bank Transfer orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code & tracking link. You will also be notified when the parcel is out for delivery. If you do not receive this notification, please get in touch on talk2us@miquann.com with your order number and we will gladly assist.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/ change the sale in accordance with the Returns Policy.
